Ceiling Restoration

The homeowner at Fairway Avenue engaged AR Plus to carry out a full ceiling restoration and vinyl floor removal as part of their property renovation. Our team followed all health and safety protocols and began work once clearance was confirmed by an independent assessor.

Over five days, we completed the project in stages: setting up a full enclosure, scraping and preparing the ceiling, grinding back vinyl flooring, and finishing with plastering and painting to a high standard.
