Class B Asbestos Removal

Davy Construction engaged AR Plus to remove non-friable (Class B) asbestos from the exterior of this Tauriko home. The asbestos was present in the soffits and cladding, which needed to be removed safely before construction work could continue.

After setting up the site and ensuring all health and safety protocols were in place, our team completed the removal of approximately 77m² of asbestos-containing material in a single day. Once clearance was achieved, the building team could continue work without delay.
