Popcorn ceiling removal and restoration at Pitau Rd, Mount Maunganui

With all Class A ceiling restoration jobs, we set up a double lined enclosure to capture all ACM. Once the asbestos team has safely removed the asbestos and we have received visual clearance, we take down the first enclosure and dispose of all the contaminated waste at a Class A certified landfill. Our plastering team then comes in to skim coat and sand to a level 4 paint finish. Once completed, our painting team comes in to finish the job.
